Group and one-on-one activities keep minds active in this safe and nurturing program for members with dementia. Members are encouraged to decorate their living spaces with personal items to create a comfortable, familiar environment.
Our licensed nursing team provides individualized service and support 24 hours a day for members requiring short-term recuperative stays or longer-stay arrangements. Our partnership with Genesis Physical Therapy provides members access to on-site rehabilitation during your stay.
Access to Cedarfield’s clinic is included with your Pinnacle Advantage membership. Services include: hospital discharge and health services planning, wellness consultations, and access to the third-party services of our on-site pharmacy, dentist and podiatrist (billed to your insurance company).
